Shipping & Returns

Order Pickup Policy:
  • The Crease Pro Shop will be open for order pickups and in-store shopping on Fridays from 3:00pm to 7:00pm and Saturdays 9:00am to 1:00pm, at the WFCU Centre.
  • Face masks are required.
  • Please follow signage marking the designated entrance for the Windsor Spitfires Crease Pro Shop located between Gate 1 and Community Rink doors.
  • Please have photo ID to pickup your order.
  • Please allow for two business days for your order to be processed. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.

Shipping Policy:
  • The Windsor Spitfires ship orders using Canada Post. Shipping to Canada and to the USA are available through the order shipping options. Shipping to other international destinations is available upon request ​and will be quoted on a case by case basis. Please contact info@windsorspitfires.com​ for international shipping quotes.
  • Shipping rates are based on the weight and size of the package, as well as origin-to-destination distance.
  • Regular shipping to Canada and the USA can take up to ten business days, from the date your order is received.
  • Shipping rates may depend upon the service chosen during checkout.

Windsor Spitfires Return Policy:
  • Exchange or refund with receipt within 60 days.
  • Exchange or store credit only without receipt, or with receipt after 60 days, at discretion of Windsor Spitfires staff.
  • All returns are subject to evaluation prior to refund, exchange or credit.  Items must not be worn, used or washed.  Items must be in original packaging and have original tags.
  • Items that may have hygienic concerns (i.e. masks, horns etc.) are non-refundable.
  • Custom orders are non-refundable.
  • Authorized refunds will be issued in the same manner as the original payment was made.
  • Some restrictions apply.
