RECOMMENDED SHIPPING DEADLINE IS BY DECEMBER 13-19, 2019, FOR CANADIAN DESTINATIONS, BASED ON DISTANCE FROM WINDSOR.
RECOMMENDED SHIPPING DEADLINE IS BY DECEMBER 10, 2019 FOR US DESTINATIONS. SHIPPING TIMES CANNOT BE GUARANTEED DUE TO THE HOLIDAY SEASON.
- The Windsor Spitfires ship orders using Canada Post. Shipping to Canada and to the USA are available through the order shipping options. Shipping to other international destinations is available upon request and will be quoted on a case by case basis. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for international shipping quotes.
- Shipping rates are based on the weight and size of the package, as well as origin-to-destination distance.
- Regular shipping to Canada and the USA can take up to ten business days, from the date your order is received.
- Shipping rates may depend upon the service chosen during checkout.
- ALL returns can be made only by calling the Windsor Spitfires Customer Service department at 1-519-254-5000.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.
- There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returned items. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- All returns are subject to evaluation prior to any refund or credit.
- Return shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Authorized refunds will be credited in the same manner that the original payment was made.
- Items that have been used are non-refundable.
