Shipping & Returns

Curbside pickup will be available starting June 5, 2020 on Fridays 3:00pm-7:00pm and Saturdays 9:00am-1:00pm.
Customer will be notified by email when their order is available for pickup.
Please do not come to the WFCU Centre Arena before you have been notified because your order will not be ready.
Please allow up to two (2) business days for your order to be processed.  (If you place your order on Thursday or Friday, your order may not be available until the following weekend).
When you arrive at the arena, please park in the parking area where signs indicate Windsor Spitfires Curbside Pickup.
Please have your ID and order confirmation ready and call 519-254-5000 ext 200 to notify staff you are here for pickup.
You will be asked for the description of your vehicle and where you would like your order placed. Please have that door/trunk open and return to your vehicle with your window up.
Please show staff your ID and order confirmation through the window.
If someone other than the person ordering will be picking up the order, please indicate this person's name in the NOTES TO SELLER section during checkout.  Orders will only be released to the people who are listed on the order.

Shipped orders will be filled and shipped intermittently.

Shipping Policy:
  • The Windsor Spitfires ship orders using Canada Post. Shipping to Canada and to the USA are available through the order shipping options. Shipping to other international destinations is available upon request ​and will be quoted on a case by case basis. Please contact​ for international shipping quotes.
  • Shipping rates are based on the weight and size of the package, as well as origin-to-destination distance.
  • Regular shipping to Canada and the USA can take up to ten business days, from the date your order is received.
  • Shipping rates may depend upon the service chosen during checkout.

Returns Policy:
  • All returns can be made only by calling the Windsor Spitfires Customer Service department at 1-519-254-5000.
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. Some restrictions apply.
  • There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returned items. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • All returns are subject to evaluation prior to any refund or credit.
  • Return shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Authorized refunds will be credited in the same manner that the original payment was made.
  • Items that have been used are non-refundable. Items that may have hygienic concerns (i.e. horns, etc.) are non-refundable.
